People sometimes seek therapy when they feel their anger is out of control. Parents, schools and society in general teaches us that it is not ok to feel angry and that we must deny our angry feelings. Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Anxiety is a part of life, but sometimes it can take up so much space in our lives that we can feel overwhelmed, limited and stuck.  Some people have a very identifiable cause for their anxiety; such as a traumatic incident or a significant life event (moving house, the end of a relationship or having surgery). Bereavement, Grief and Loss

Coping with the waves of emotion that follow the death of a loved one can be among the most painful and overwhelming life events we may ever face. Sometimes, even well-intentioned friends and family simply don’t know how to offer the space or help you need to fully process what’s taken place. Bereavement counselling can provide a calm and compassionate place to talk about your loss and get support to understand the stages and shape of your grief. Counselling can help you find creative ways to process your feelings (the good, the bad and the ugly) and be a way of taking care of your physical health which is often impacted if we don’t find expressing emotions easy.  Read more here
