I am a warm, direct and qualified psychotherapist with more than a decade of experience.

I focus on helping you get clarity about who you are and what you want and need to live a satisfying life.

Much of what we struggle with as an adult comes from the experiences, beliefs, and roles we had to take on in our childhood to be loved, accepted, and, sometimes, survive.

Therapy can be a place to update those beliefs (and the behaviours that often follow) and deepen your understanding of who you are and what you need to live a satisfying life in the present day.

I will walk alongside you in this adventure of what it means to be you for as long as you find it helpful. Along the way, I will listen and ask questions to help you gain clarity and awareness about how you came to be who you are.

We will start by having a free 20 minute phone call/zoom to check our mutual availability. If our diaries align, we will book in a first session to meet in person. If we feel we are a good fit, we will book a series of sessions together.
